DURA-MATE 70 HPC TF The Premium Coating System Dura-Mate 70 HPC TF is based on a unique proprietary coating system that incorporates a blend of 70% Polyvinylidine Fluoride (PVDF) and 30% acrylic resins to create the strongest performing topcoat available. The chemical make-up of PVDF is the strongest chemical link known to man today. Dura-Mate 70 incorporates the highest quality exterior grade colorfast ceramic inorganic pigments Engineered and designed as the elite premium finish for providing the optimal combination of color and gloss retention along with corrosion resistance in aggressive industrial applications and environments.
Gray TF is a stocked color, but we also offer this product in custom solid or metallic finishes upon request. (Minimums apply.) Dura-Mate 70 HPC TF is designed for application over stainless steel or aluminum depending on the project’s parameters. Dura-Mate 70 is a fully warranted coating system designed to be applied as a 3 coat finish system applied by certified applicators. A Global Polyurethane Primer is utilized to provide exceptional adhesion, flexibility and corrosion protection. Our proprietary system incorporates the use of an additive which offers the best resistance to dirt, stain, mar and scratches available in a prepainted metal product. Dura-Mate 70 HPC TF is formulated for COOL compliance with IR reflective pigmentation to meet and exceed LEEDS 29 and Energy Star guidelines for metal panels and accessories.
